Hygienical-Concept for Corona

General protective measures in all areas of the hotel All guests must present one of the following documents at check-in: Current negative test, or test result after recovery, or vaccination card. Alternatively, you can purchase a self-test from us for € 5.00.

Employees and guests who are or have been in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2, if 14 days have not passed since the last contact or have symptoms of a respiratory infection or a high temperature, are not allowed to enter the hotel.

Guests are informed about the protective measures by signs and notices at the entrance. Guests must wear mouth and nose protection in the public area (reception, hall, breakfast room). Wherever possible, keep a distance of 1.5 m from all those present. This does not apply to people who are allowed to have contact with one another (currently 2 households). If the distance rules are violated, we will inform the guests accordingly. In the event of a violation, we may make use of our domiciliary rights.

Non-contact-free greeting rituals (shaking hands, hugs, etc.) should be avoided.

Employees are trained in all protective measures and rules of conduct.

Employees are offered self-tests twice a week.

Entrance and intermediate doors are kept as open as possible when the weather is nice.

The elevators should, if possible, be operated alone or with only one person from the same household. The elevator buttons are disinfected inside and outside every day.

If possible, payment should be made without cash. In the case of cash payments, the money must be handed over without direct contact (through a shelf).

Hygiene requirements must be observed: hand hygiene and disinfection, sneeze and cough labels.

Disinfectant dispensers are available for guests.

Additional protective measures in the breakfast room Tables or seats are arranged at a distance of 1.5 m from one another. There is a placement obligation by employees. Guests must be assigned a seat. We prevent guests from searching for free seats. Decorative items on the tables will be removed.

For the purpose of contact tracking, we will store guest data for 4 weeks. All employees in the guest area must wear mouth and nose protection. Surfaces and objects, in particular table surfaces, armrests, door handles and light switches, are cleaned immediately after soiling, and regularly and appropriately if they are touched frequently. The dishes and cutlery used by the guests are washed with a surfactant-based cleaning agent and at a temperature of at least 60 degrees. All given possibilities for ventilation of all rooms are used. Disposable infection wipes will be distributed at check-in. Wherever possible, we refer to digital processes. We currently have to do without fresh fruit and sweets at reception. Room keys, EC devices and other items are disinfected regularly and, above all, at every shift change. Additional protective measure on the floor We try to allocate the cleaning staff their own floor if possible. Door knobs, light switches and handrails are disinfected more often. Clean and dirty laundry are consistently separated from each other. Cleaning rags and cloths are thoroughly washed or replaced after each room. Our minibar remains emptied for the time being, except for water, beer and cola. The other drinks from the minibar are available from reception. Additional protective measures in the sanitary rooms Liquid soap, disposable towels and disinfectants are provided in our first-aid rooms. Doorknobs and fittings in the guest toilets are disinfected several times a day. Additional protective measures in the kitchen All work areas are straightened out and separated where possible. All work materials are washed hot more frequently (temperature higher than 60 degrees). General hygiene rules according to the HACCP concept are observed.
